<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />September 1, 1934 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Board of Town of Elk River met in regular session at Court-house with all members present. <br /> <br />Present: \[not listed\] <br /> <br />Wm. Frye presented the petition of Nora Frye and others asking for Cartway. Said petition was <br />acted on and and Mon. Sept. 17, 1934 at 1.30 oclock P.M. was set as the date for viewing said <br />propose \[sic\] cartway, after which the following bills were allowed and ordered paid,- <br /> <br /> <br />Road & Bridge Fund <br />Wm.
