Sellon, Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />November 4, 1933 <br /> <br /> <br />Board of Town of Elk River met in regular session at Court-house with Oscar Engstrom & <br />Louis J. Specht present. <br /> <br />Present: \[not listed\] <br /> <br />The resignation of B.A. Gray was taken off the table and accepted. Jake Holzem was then appointed <br />to fill vacancy and clerk ordered to notify him to appear Nov. 10, 1933 to qualify. <br /> <br />Mr. Groff appeared before board and applied for aid. After considering the board decided it would <br />be better and cheaper to send him and his wife out to their daughters in S. Dak. Which was <br />satisfactory to Mr. Groff and it was so ordered. Louis J. Specht was appointed to make <br />arrangements for his leaving.
