From May through October,two <br /> winners will be chosen each month with a grand prize winner chosen in October. Business owners will <br /> receive public recognition and an award for making the city of Elk River beautiful! <br /> At their August 14, 2017,meeting the Beautification Committee reviewed three applications that were <br /> submitted for nomination. The Beautification Committee scored each of the applications and is <br /> `-- recommending approval to the following businesses in each category: <br /> • Ralphie's Minnoco with the award for making substantial improvements to the exterior of their <br /> building in the last year. Owner,Brian Brehmer will be at the meeting to accept the award. <br /> • American Family Insurance—Bonnie Koste Agency, Inc. in recognition of consistently <br /> maintaining their property in an attractive and well-kept manner.
