Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Parks and Recreation <br /> Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Consider 7/12/17 Agenda <br /> Moved by Commissioner Niziolek and seconded by Commissioner Kallemeyn to <br /> approve the July 12,2017, Parks and Recreation Commission meeting agenda. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 3. Consider 06/14/17 Regular PRC Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Ahlness and seconded by Commissioner Kallemeyn to <br /> approve the following June 14,2017, Parks and Recreation Commission Minutes. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum <br /> Elk River resident Gary Sander, spoke in regards to the Rivers Crossing Townhome units <br /> off of Auburn Place. He requested that the Commission look at solutions for parking near <br /> the Barrington Park due to the traffic increase. <br /> 5. Presentation <br /> 5.1 Biathlon Building <br /> Mr. Hecker presented his staff report. <br /> Lynda Bouley shared the work the volunteers did to clean up the biathlon building. <br />
