<br />March 14, 1925: <br />Filed oath of F.E. Sellon for Clerk for 1925. <br />Filed oath of Ernest G. Palmer for Treas. for 1925. <br />Filed oath of Oscar Engstrom for Supervisor for 3 yrs. <br />Filed oath of Lyle Green for Constable. <br />Filed bond of Ernest G. Palmer. <br />F.E. Sellon, Town Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />March 14, 1925 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Board met in regular session to qualify newly elected officers. <br /> <br />Present: \[not listed\] <br /> <br />Oscar Engstrom took oath for Supervisor for 3 yrs. <br /> <br />F.E. Sellon took oath for Clerk for one yr., with bond fixed at $1000.00 with F.W. Nickerson and <br />Louis J. Specht as sureties. <br /> <br />Ernest G. Palmer took oath as Treasurer, board fixing bond at $2000.00 with C.F. Robbins and R.P. <br />Palmer as sureties, which was approved by the Board. <br /> <br />W.H. Meyers qualified as Assessor for two yrs. <br /> <br />Lyle Green qualified as Constable. <br /> <br />Gene Dickey failed to appear to qualify for Justice of Peace. <br /> <br />On motion B.A. Gray was made Chairman of Board for ensuing year. <br /> <br />Leslie Bailey appeared before Board, asking them to come to the plant when they needed any <br />culverts, as they had some they would make very low prices on. <br /> <br />After some road discussion, Board was adjourned to meet Apr. 4. <br /> <br />F.E.
