<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />May 3, 1924 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the Town Board of \[sic\] held at the Bank of Elk River. All present. <br /> <br />Present: \[not listed\] <br /> <br />Chas. Kreger, John Donner & Richard Chrick appeared before the Board with a request to have a <br />piece of road from Donner’s corner to the town line N.E. of Chas. Kreger’s graded and <br />straightened. The Board agreed to look over the project and see what could be done. <br /> <br />The following bills were allowed and ordered paid: <br /> <br /> <br />R. & B. \[Road & Bridge\] Fund <br />O.L. Simpson 3.00 <br />No. 10 <br /> \[Total Revenue Fund:\] $12.00 <br /> <br /> Total \[for both Funds:\] $178.95 <br /> Balance from last meeting 780.58 <br /> Balance on hand: $601.63 <br /> <br />John Fazakas appeared before the Board and requested that some work be done on road between <br />his place and the Princeton road. <br /> <br />After discussion the Board went out to the N.E. corner of the Township and looked over the road <br />and decided to \[have?\] County engineer figure on \[sic\] the amount of work that would have to be <br />done if they decided to do anything to that piese \[sic\] of road. Came back by S.M. Madsen’s and <br />inspected some graveling that he had done. <br /> <br />\[No note re: adjournment.\] <br /> <br /> <br />
