These companies are required to submit detailed information, as well as pay a <br />fee, for an annual license in order to continue mining operations within the City of Elk River. <br /> <br />The following operations are requesting a 2017 Mineral Excavation License: <br /> <br />Miner Mine Name Acres to be mined in 2017 <br />or acres not yet reclaimed <br />Aggregate Industries Aggregate 484.59 <br />C.S.
