Memo from City Engineer <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The developer is requesting final plat approval for Island View 5th Addition, a <br />7 single family lot plat at the west end of Island View Drive. The Council <br />approved the preliminary plat on May 24, 1999. The plat includes the <br />extension of Island View Drive into the plat and termination of the road in a <br />permanent cuI de sac. Since Island View Drive will now end in a permanent <br />cuI de sac, the street will have to be renamed to reflect the new configuration. <br />.
