Location map <br />. Site plan <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing to construct 6,372 square feet of retail space. The <br />addition will be located on the north end of the Cub Food building, adjacent <br />to a proposed Office Max which is currently going through the site plan <br />review process. In addition to the proposed retail expansion, the applicant is <br />proposing an additional 44 parking spaces. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The reason this proposal requires a conditional use permit is because the <br />proposal is different from the approved development plan.
