Staff report dated April 19, 1999 <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The Council is being asked to reconsider a preliminary plat request by <br />Dynamics Design for Island View 5th Addition, a seven lot plat located at the <br />west end of Island View Drive. The applicant has revised the plat to address <br />the main issues raised by the residents on Island View Drive and staff. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />To address the resident's concern regarding future cut though traffic, the <br />developer has eliminated Outlot A.
