The City of Elk River prepared individual license agreements to permit specific personal items to <br />remain on the city’s right-of-way approaches to the unnamed city park on Lake Orono in the Westwood <br />subdivision as follows: <br /> <br />1. Vance and Betty Zehringer – 18920 Concord Street NW <br />Keep an existing dock and split rail fence, trellis, plants, flower bed and landscape timbers <br /> <br />2. Nathan and Lisa Close – 18940 Concord Street NW <br />Keep an existing shed <br /> <br />3. Brian Aho – 18954 Concord Street NW <br />Keep an existing dock <br /> <br />4. Brian and Jesca Kuhl – 18890 Concord Street NW <br />Keep an existing shed <br /> <br />5. Eric Sola and SNL Island View Properties LLC – 13002 Island View Drive <br />Keep an existing dock, wood shed and other exterior building <br /> <br />6.
