Two fire extinguishers must be placed near the area of the fireworks display. One extinguisher <br />must be a water-based pressurized extinguisher. <br />2. The Fire Department must conduct an inspection of the fireworks display prior to firework sales. <br />Applicant is responsible for contacting the fire marshal for an inspection at 763.635.1110 after <br />the firework display is set up. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The following retailers request renewal of their Retail Sales/Storage of Fireworks license: <br /> <br />1. Coborn’s Foods, 19425 Evans Street NW <br />2. Cub Foods, 19216 Freeport Street NW <br />3. Menards, 19521 Evans Street NW <br />4.
