Green <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The applicant requests a vacation of a portion of the drainage easements on <br />Lots 4, Block 8, in the Brentwood subdivision. The existing drainage <br />easement contains both high and low areas and the request is to remove the <br />high ground from the easement. The applicant believes the location of the <br />easement is an error of the Brentwood plat. The applicant will be granting to <br />the City, 5 foot drainage and utility easements along the common lot lines of <br />lots 3 and 4 to improve drainage from a low point on 195th Avenue NW to the <br />low land in the rear of lots 3 and 4 (See the attached memo from Howard R. <br />Green). <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
