The <br />property was platted utilizing the density option of 4 lots per 40 acres, which <br />allowed the developer to vary the lot sizes from 2.5 acres to 17 acres, as <br />opposed to 11 ten acre lots. <br /> <br />The plat received final approval in April 1996.
