Hall, Town Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />April 19, 1916 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Town Board met with full attendance, those presenting being: <br /> <br />Present: W.A. Frye, Chairman; J.E. Bloomdahl and P.H. McNabb, Supervisors; <br />Harry A. Hall, Town Clerk. <br /> <br />Road work in general was discussed and \[it\] was decided to have W.A. Frye order culverts for town <br />use. Was decided that each member should look after that portion of the road in his vicinity. Board <br />thought it advisable for P.H. McNabb and J.E. Bloomdahl to look over the ground through which <br />the proposed Judical Ditch is to go. W.A. Frye, knowing the grounds, deemed it unnecessary for <br />him to go. <br /> <br />The following bills were presented and allowed: <br /> <br />Pete Chouinard Board of John Ferrell $20.00 <br />W.A.
