One list in the Post <br />Office, one list on the door of the Courthouse, and one list in the store of C.M. Babcock & <br />Sons. H.C. Hastings, Recorder <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />November 9, 1906 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the Common Council of the Village of Elk River held at R.E. Dare’s <br />furniture store, the following members were present, viz.: <br /> <br />Present: R.E. Dare, President; S.M. Crockett and W.P. Rhoda, Trustees; H.C. Hastings, <br />Village Recorder. <br /> <br />The following bills were presented and on motion were allowed: <br /> <br />A.A. Opitz, sundries as per bill recd., $8.00 <br />W.F. Chadbourne, Judge of Election, $6.35 <br />C.D. Lashbrook, Judge of Election, $6.35 <br />F.D. Waterman, Judge of Election, $6.35 <br />H.C. Hastings, Clerk of Election, $6.35 <br />C.W. Hayden, Clerk of Election, $6.35 <br />N.D. Trumbull, Peace Office of Election, $3.00 <br />Romdeune & Co., sundries as per bill recd., $12.95 <br />Jeff Gray, piling for ice break, $5.00 <br />R.E. Dare, sundries as per bill recd., $11.95 <br />S.M. Crockett, wood, etc., as per bill recd., $7.50 <br />Elk River Lumber Co., lumber, $67.25 <br />W.B. Page, professional services in diphtheria cases, $59.50 <br /> <br />On motion it was voted that S.M.
