Consider March 28, 2017 Agenda <br /> Moved by Mary Keifenheim and seconded by Mick Stoffers to accept the March <br /> 28, 2017 agenda as submitted. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> 3. Consent Agenda <br /> 3.1 Secretary's Report <br /> ■ January 24, 2017 Meeting Minutes <br /> 3.2 Treasurer's Report <br /> ■ December 2016,January and February 2017 Revenue and Expense Report <br /> Moved by Mary Keifenheim and seconded by Mick Stoffers to accept the Consent <br /> Agenda as submitted. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum <br /> Gail Martin was present to ask a few questions: <br /> 1) Why does to cost her to print tax forms at the library? <br /> Brandi responded that at one time the library provided tax forms,but the <br /> forms were often outdated. About four years ago the library decided to <br /> eliminate paper copies because the most current forms were available online. <br /> The cost Gail was charged is a standard copier fee that everybody is charged <br />
