<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />June 10, 1905* <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the Council held at Romdeune’s Drug Store, the following were present: <br /> <br />Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; Justus deBooy, H.B. Nickerson and J.H. Romdeune, Trustees; <br />H.C. Hastings, Village Recorder. <br /> <br />The Recorder was instructed to notify Mr. Wm. Byers that complaint had been made to the Council <br />that he was violating a Village ordinance and that he must stop the shaking of dice or allowing it to <br />be done in his barber shop. <br /> <br />On motion the following bills were presented and allowed: <br /> <br />Justus deBooy, work on streets, $87.20 <br />Frank T. White, legal services, $3.00 <br />Payment to Vrooman Bros. on contract authorized, $100.00 <br /> <br />On motion adjourned. <br /> <br />H.C.
