<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />November 4, 1904 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Common Council met at Romdeune’s Drug Store November 4, 1904. <br /> <br />Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; J. DeBooy and J.H. Romdeune, Trustees; W.F. Chadbourne, <br />Village Recorder. <br /> <br />The following bills were presented and allowed: <br /> <br />Standard Oil Co., gasoline, $7.69 <br />William Iliff, street work, $47.50 <br />Emmet Springer, \[illegible\] and freight, $.81 <br />W.B. Eaton, lighting lamps \[for\] Oct., $15.00 <br /> <br />The Recorder was instructed by Council to notify M.C. Blanchett that he must immediately remove <br />his hogs from street back of barn.
