<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />September 26, 1903 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting called to order at 8:30. <br /> <br />Present: C.Q. Scoborio, Pres.; J.E. McBride and A.A. Opitz, Trustees; H.B. Nickerson, <br />Village Recorder. <br /> <br />The following bills \[were\] allowed and orders drawn: <br /> <br />R.D. Roatte, road work, $11.30 <br />Bert Gilbrest, road work, $2.25 <br />Henry Holt, road work, $1.00 <br />Ole Sundby, blacksmithing, $4.25 <br />Justus DeBooy, office rent, $6.00 <br /> <br />L.W. Milbrath, \[illegible\] crossing $75.94 <br /> L. Babcock’s 22.00 <br /> L. Milbrath $53.94 <br /> <br />Resolved that the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars be hereby levied against the assessed <br />valuation of the Village of Elk River tax of 1903 and that the President is hereby instructed to notify <br />the County Auditor.
