Special Meeting of the Elk River <br />Economic Development Authority <br />Held at the Elk River City Hall <br />Thursday, April 27, 2017 <br />Members Present: President Tveite, Commissioners Provo (4:15 pm), Olsen, Ovall, and <br />Wagner <br />Members Absent: Cormissioners Westgaard and Blesener <br />Staff Present: Economic Development Director Amanda Othoudt, and Economic <br />Development Specialist Colleen Eddy <br />I . Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the special meeting of the Elk River <br />Economic Development Authority was called to order at 4:03 p.m. by President <br />Tveite. <br />2. Consider 04/27/2017 Agenda <br />Moved by President Tveite and approved by Commissioners. <br />3. General Business <br />3.1 Consider Consent to Plat for Yankee Doodle Enterprise <br />Ms. Othoudt presented her staff report. <br />Commissioner Ovall disclosed that he is an officer of the Bank of Elk River, but he <br />is not the direct contact with Yankee Doodle Enterprise. <br />Moved by Commissioner Ovall and seconded by Commissioner Olsen to <br />approve the consent to plat for Yankee Doodle Enterprise. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />Moved by Commissioner Ovall and seconded by Commissioner Provo to <br />approve Resolution #17 -03 documenting the consent to plat. Motion carried <br />5 -0. <br />4. Adjournment <br />There being no further business, President Tveite adjourned the special meeting of <br />the Elk River Economic Development Authority at 4:20 p.m. <br />Minutes prepared by Colleen Eddy. <br />
