Guerney; R.E. Dare, Village Recorder. <br /> <br />On motion Mr. Castle was appointed Chairman \[in absence of Hastings\]. <br /> <br />Communication from State Board \[of\] Health was laid upon the table upon recommendation of <br />H.O. Whitteman. Hastings and Romdeune have concurred. <br /> <br />The following bills were ordered paid: <br /> <br />W.H.
