Hastings, President; J.S. Guerney, J.H. Romdeune, Chas M. Babcock; R.E. <br />Dare, Village Recorder. <br /> <br />Chas. Babcock read the proceedings of Election Day and turned over three bills. A communication <br />from N.K. Whitteman declaring to act as President of Village Council was read. <br /> <br />As all the members of the Council were not present, J.H.
