CU 17-08, P 17-03, and ZC 17-03. <br /> <br />Staff and the applicant continue to work on a comprehensive redevelopment plan for the block west of <br />Proctor Avenue, south of the railroad, and east of Quinn Avenue. The applicant has agreed to an <br />additional one-month delay in the review of their application to provide enough time for the city to <br />finalize their portion of the partnership. <br /> <br />The city has begun the process to establish a redevelopment TIF district which will facilitate the project <br />by assisting with the financing for the city road, utilities, and stormwater infrastructure needed to <br />complete this project. Formal approvals and additional details regarding the next steps in the process are <br />included later on the current agenda. It is staff’s goal to move this process along as quickly as possible in <br />order to allow the applicant to begin building this summer. <br /> <br />Statutory Review Period <br />Per State Statute §15.99, the required 60-day review period was extended to June 27, 2017. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
