Preliminary plat <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The proposed plat is 11.58 acre in size and can be accessed from 189th Avenue <br />on the west and Island View Drive from the east. The property is within the <br />Shoreline Management District but doe not have frontage on Lake Orono. <br />The southern portion of the property is wooded and slopes down to a wetland <br />and eventually to Lake Orono.
