Elk River <br /> Municipal Utilities UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING <br /> TO: FROM: <br /> ERMU Commission Mark Fuchs—Electric Superintendent <br /> MEETING DATE: AGENDA ITEM NUMBER: <br /> May 9, 2017 6.l c <br /> SUBJECT: <br /> Staff Update <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> None <br /> DISCUSSION: <br /> • Had ten new services. <br /> • Continue working on collecting data with the GPS for our ArcView maps as time <br /> permits. <br /> • Continue rebuilding 165th Ave; this is in Area 2 that we acquired from Connexus. <br /> • Working on obtaining permits from BNSF, Sherburne County and Big Lake Township <br /> for the Waco 2 substation. <br /> • Working on changing out 64street light fixtures to LED fixtures on Twin Lakes Road. <br /> • Installed a new three phase underground service at the ERX track on the east side of <br /> Highway 169. <br /> • Working on changing the electric infrastructure at River Park Meadows that was put in <br /> for townhomes to single family homes. The developer is responsible for the cost to move <br /> the infrastructure <br /> • We started rebuilding Presidential Estates again. This project started late last year. <br /> • We are working on the River Ranch rebuild in Otsego to pull poles and remove some <br /> equipment. <br /> • A contractor hit an underground feeder on County Road 33, east of Highway 169, on <br /> April 21. As the contractor did not have locates to work there, they will be receiving a <br /> bill from ERMU for the repairs. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> 144 <br />
