Wheaton’s law office at 5:00 o’clock P.M. <br /> <br />Present: Chas S. Wheaton, President; Fred Hildreth; Andrew Davis, Recorder. <br /> <br />The following bills were presented and on motion allowed: <br /> <br />Fred Hildreth, oil for street lamp, $4.20 <br />J.H. Williams, Judge of Election, $2.00 <br />Chas. S. Wheaton, Judge of Election and street work, $5.00 <br />Luther Hare, free ferry, $3.65 <br />Andrew Davis, Recorder’s salary, $35.00 <br />W.L. Babcock & Sons, oil for street lamp, $4.20 <br />M.A. Wheaton, oil for street lamp, $4.20 <br />Tad Babcock, plowing snow off sidewalks, $1.50 <br />Walter S.
