Wheaton, President; J.F. Lewis and Fred Hildreth, Trustees; Andrew Davis, <br />Recorder. <br /> <br />Each member had taken the oath of office according to law. <br /> <br />The bond of Andrew Davis as Recorder was presented and on motion was accepted, approved and <br />ordered filed according to law. <br /> <br />The application of V.B. Rubeck for a liquor license was presented. The Council being satisfied that <br />the same was in due form and that notice of the same had been duly published according to law, as <br />shown by affidavit of A.N. Dare, on motion the same was granted. <br /> <br />
