Houlton, President; J.F. Lewis; F.W. Hildreth; E.E. Bryant, Recorder <br /> <br />On motion the following bills were allowed: <br /> <br />L.G. Davis, work on sidewalks, $8.25 <br />Wm. Jameson, material for bridges, $7.15 <br />A. Bailey, nails, $.65 <br />N.K. Whittemore, M.D., attendance upon family of Theo.
