Staff has added the requirements of each stat to the policy. The policy <br />addresses both Housing and Non-Housing TIF projects for one streamline application. <br />The EDA willreview and discuss the TIF review worksheet for non-housing projectsfor consistency <br />with the EDAs objectives and goals. <br /> <br />Further review of the TIF policy for housing and redevelopment p <br />HRA meeting.
