The <br />motion that passed read: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER THOMPSON MOVED TO CONTINUE THE REQUEST BY <br />WINDSOR DEVELOPMENT FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL (LAFAYETTE WOODS <br />THIRD ADDITION) P 99-4, TO THE MARCH 15, 1999, CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />WITH THE CONDITION THAT THE DEVELOPER SUBMIT A DETAILED BUFFER <br />PLAN AGREED TO BY THE RIDGEWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AND <br />THAT IS ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />The applicant is scheduled to meet with the Ridgewood Homeowners <br />Association on February 24th, to resolve the outstanding issues.
