This decision was made after a detailed transparent public <br /> process in 2013. Since then,residents have experienced unparalleled efficiency in the costs of their <br /> pavement management projects. <br /> In the four years of funding our program this way,we have saved about$500,000 in administration, <br /> engineering and bonding costs for pavement management projects we have completed.
