Resolution No. 99-_ <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />Preliminary plat approval was granted by the City Council on February 17, <br />1998 to subdivide 4.6 acres into 7 single family lots. The final plat includes 1 <br />single family lot which contains an existing house and 2 outlots. Outlot A will <br />eventually be platted into 4 single family lots consistent with the preliminary <br />plat. Outlot B, on the south end of the site, will be combined with the <br />property to the south and be included as part of a proposed townhouse <br />development.
