Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Energy City <br />Commission was called to order by Sagstetter at 8:34 a.m. <br /> <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> <br /> Sagstetter led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />3. Consider Agenda <br /> <br /> Herman added 5.8 Mayor’s Monarch Pledge <br /> <br />Moved by Curtis and seconded by Hoskins to approve the November 16, 2016 <br />Energy City Commission agenda with the addition of 5.8. <br /> <br />4. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> <br />Moved by Curtis and seconded by Hoskins to approve the consent agenda. <br /> <br />5.1 GreenCorps Member Introduction <br /> <br />Mroz introduced Tam Nguyen, the city of Elk River GreenCorps member. Nguyen <br />provided information on her background and what she has been working on and will <br />continue to work on. <br /> <br />5.2 City Operations Greenhouse Gas Assessment <br /> <br />Mroz provided an overview of the joint City Council/Energy City Commission <br />meeting on October 17. Mroz demonstrated where the commission could located <br />the report and infographic. <br /> <br />
