The official schedule will be made available next <br /> month. Favorites such as the Fabulous Armadillos,Arch Allies and The Jimmy's will be coming <br /> back. Bands will perform June 22 through August 24 with no concert on July 6. <br /> A grand opening for Rivers Edge Commons Park is scheduled for June 15,rain or shine. No <br /> headliner band is planned for this event but it will have roving entertainment and an opportunity to <br /> showcase the new park to the public. <br /> City Annual Boards/Commissions Recognition Dinner <br /> The city annual board and commissions dinner is scheduled for Wednesday,March 8 at Rockwoods. <br /> A reminder that the Parks and Recreation Commission regular meeting for March has been moved <br /> to Thursday,March 9. <br /> Pinewood Golf Course <br /> Staff continues to work on the proposal from the Elk River Golf Club to manage Pinewood Golf <br /> Course. Staff is currently working on a contract agreement that will be brought forward to City <br /> Council for approval. <br /> Bailey Point Nature Preserve Barn <br /> Park Maintenance staff is planning the demolition of the Bailey Point Nature Preserve horse barn <br /> this winter. The Bailey Point Master Plan determined that the small barn be removed as it does not <br /> have historical value and continues to deteriorate. The asbestos test was completed with negative <br /> results.
