Four skating rinks are located within neighborhood parks;Trott Brook Farms Park,Kliever Lake <br /> Fields Park,West Oaks Park, and Riverplace Park. These rinks are smaller in size and do not contain <br /> boards for boot or stick hockey or warming house facilities;however goals are provided at each facility <br /> and snow is banked to provide a partial backstop. <br /> One skating rink facility located in Lions John Weicht Park consists of an open skate area and a rink <br /> partially enclosed with boards at the ends. The partially enclosed rink has nets provided,is lighted and <br /> the city rents a warming house trailer which is staffed with a warming house attendant. <br /> The outdoor skating facility located at the Handke Pit consists of two fully enclosed skating rinks and a <br /> large open skate area around the rinks.
