Request for Action <br /> <br /> <br />To Item Number <br />Mayor and City Council 4.8 <br />Agenda Section Meeting Date Prepared by <br />Consent February 6, 2017 Zack Carlton, Planning Manager <br />Item Description Reviewed by <br />Accept Public Improvements Completed at River Justin Femrite, City Engineer <br />Park Third Addition <br />Reviewed by <br />Cal Portner, City Administrator <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />Accept, by motion, the public improvements constructed as part of the development known as River <br />Park Third Addition. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The developer has completed the public improvements described in the development agreement for <br />River Park Third Addition. Public improvements include streets, sidewalks, and utilities. The <br />improvements have been inspected by city staff, and it has been determined that they meet the standards <br />described in city codes and policies. <br /> <br />Council acceptance of the public improvements begins the two-year warranty period described in the <br />development agreement. City staff recommend formal acceptance as of December 12, 2016, the date staff <br />received the request from the developer.
