Request for Action <br /> <br /> <br />To Item Number <br />Mayor and City Council 4.6 <br />Agenda Section Meeting Date Prepared by <br />Consent February 6, 2017 Zack Carlton, Planning Manager <br />Item Description Reviewed by <br />Development Agreement for Miske Meadows First Cal Portner, City Administrator <br />and Second Additions <br />Reviewed by <br /> <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />Approve, by motion, the Development Agreement for Miske Meadows first and second additions. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The conditions imposed by City Council for approval of the resolution for the final plats of Miske <br />Meadows include a requirement for a signed Development Agreement. The agreement outlines the costs <br />and responsibilities to the satisfaction of city staff. <br /> <br />This agreement is similar to the document approved by the City Council on November 21, 2016, but <br />combines both Miske Meadows plats into one document for ease of administration and enforcement. <br />The applicant requested the combination. <br /> <br />The Development Agreement follows our standard agreement, and outlines required security in the form <br />of a Letter of Credit and escrow deposits. The model home and building permit sections reflect Council <br />direction regarding the issuance of permits and utility installation timing. The number of model homes <br />has been increased from eight to ten with inclusion of the second addition of Miske Meadows. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />None <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> Development Agreement dated February 6, 2017 <br /> <br /> <br />
