Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Planning Commission <br /> was called to order at 7:29 p.m. by Chair Johnson. <br /> 2. Consider December 27, 2016, Planning Commission Agenda <br /> Moved by Commissioner Konietzko and seconded by Commissioner Feinstein to <br /> approve the December 27,2016, Planning Commission agenda. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 3.1 Consider November 22, 2016, Regular Planning Commission Meeting <br /> Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Larson-Vito and seconded by Commissioner Thiel to <br /> approve the November 22,2016,Regular Planning Commission meeting minutes. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 4.1 Northern Tiny Builder, Inc.— 163'd Avenue NW <br /> Conditional Use Permit to allow outdoor storage of vehicles, tiny homes; bus and trailer <br /> maintenance and repair; and a residential use, Case No. CU 16-35 <br /> Zack Carlton stated that staff has requested additional information from the applicant and <br /> has extended the review period to March 29,2017,in order to provide the time needed for <br /> review of the updated information. <br /> Chair Johnson opened the public hearing and continued this item to the January 24,2017, <br /> Planning Commission meeting. <br />
