Accordingly, the following draft <br />agenda for the February 14, 2005 worksession looks different than what was reviewed on 1-3-05. <br />5.1. Executive Session - Builders Association Lawsuit <br />5.2. Consider Tinklenberg Group Consulting Proposal for Highway 10 <br />5.3. City Council Open Forum <br />5.4. Engineering Services <br />5.5. Zoning Ordinance Text - Government Offices and Buildings/Facilities Regulations <br />5.6. Discussion on Community Development Director Position <br />5.7. City Wellness Program <br /> <br />The tentative agenda for the March 14,2005 worksession looks like the following: <br />5.1. City Council Open Forum <br />5.2. Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />5.3. Discussion on Human Resources report functions in the city <br />5.4. Discussion on new Commercial Reserve Zoning District <br />5.5. Tree Ordinance <br />5.6. Natural Resource Inventory - Greenway Implementation <br />5.7. Discuss Bailey House Lease <br /> <br />Important items that need to get to the City Council and which may take a fair amount of discussion <br />include an update on the five-year Capital Improvement Program, another follow-up discussion on <br />development options east of County Road 40, and transportation priorities as a follow-up to the <br />November 2004 worksession.
