The <br /> information requested includes detailed plans showing driveway location and materials,concrete curb and <br /> gutter locations, topography and drainage information, septic and well locations, and setbacks/ <br /> dimensions. Staff is also seeking clarification regarding whether or not someone will be living on the site <br /> and if so,how all eight of the requirements in Sec. 30-1295 (d) (16) will be met. <br /> Financial Impact <br /> None <br /> Statutory Review Period <br /> Per State Statute 15.99 the required 60 day review period ends on January 28, 2017.The review period has <br /> been extended to March 29,2017 in order to provide the time needed for review of the updated <br /> information. <br /> Council Meeting <br /> This item will go to the January 17,2017,City Council meeting,and the requested action will be a <br /> continuation to February 21,2017 <br /> Attachments <br /> • None <br /> V5' IiEHEI 1 ► <br /> [NA1UIt�€ <br />
