Last month the HRA approved one homeowners <br />mortgage and satisfaction agreement which started the process, one otomeowner is completing the <br />lead-based paint inspection and one had an initial inspection. The lead paint inspections are required for <br />houses built before 1979. The costs of the inspections are paid through the rehabilitation fun <br />not by individual home owners. <br /> <br />Eight projects have been completed to date. Over $167,044 has been disbursed over the three-year <br />rehabilitation program period.
