Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Consider 9/14/16 Agenda <br /> Moved by Commissioner Sagan and seconded by Commissioner Kallemeyn <br /> to approve the September 14 2016, Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> meeting agenda. Motion carried <br /> 3.1 Consider 8/10/16 Regular PRC Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Kallemeyn and seconded by Commissioner Ahlness <br /> to approve the following August 10,2016 Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> Minutes. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum <br /> Debbie Chanthanouvang, 10648 184th Ave. NW talked about issues in the Trott <br /> Brook Park and putting in motion sensor lighting along the parkway to help cut <br /> down on the violence and crime. Police have been called may times. <br /> 5. Recognition of former Commissioner Charles Schuldt <br /> Commissioner Sagan recognized former Commissioner Charles Schuldt for his <br /> service on the Parks and Recreation Commission and extended his deepest <br /> sympathies to the family. <br /> 6.1 Eagle Scout Presentation <br /> Eagle Scout Rand Carlson presented his Eagle Scout project to build a 1/2mile trail <br /> in Hackberry Loop in Woodland Trails Park. <br />
