<br />RESOLUTION 05-04 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT PROJECT WITH <br />THE MINNESOT A DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR WORK <br />ON AND/OR ADJACENT TOA TRUNK HIGHWAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Gty of Elk River proposes to make improvements on and! or adjacent to Trunk <br />Highway 10 within the Gty limits in Sherburne County, Minnesota such as closing <br />Trunk Highway 10 accesses on the Rush Avenue, Seymour Avenue, Quinn Avenue <br />and King Avenue. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the GtyCouncil of the Gtyof Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1.
