Pledge of Allegiance <br /> <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> <br />3. Consider 07/18/16 Agenda <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br />Olsen to approve the July 18, 2016, agenda. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />4.
