At that <br />meeting, the consensus was to proceed with Option B, which calls for the installation of a cul-de-sac on <br />rdth <br />Line Avenue between 3 Street and 5 Street. <br /> <br />The study amendment includes further analysis of options available to mitigate the expected service level <br />reductions of the Line Avenue and Twin Lakes Road intersection.
