The BP district does not allow residential facilities so the <br />applicant is requesting the property be rezoned to PUD (Planned Unit Development). <br />Comprehensive Plan <br />The Comprehensive Plan guides the properties for Mixed Usewhere multifamily residential uses are <br />allowed and encouraged. <br />Applicable Regulation <br />In reviewing a proposed amendment, consideration shall be given y <br />affected by the proposal, the conservation of property values, t <br />and relevant provisions, if any, in the land use plan. <br />The property is surrounded by Multiple Family Residential (R4) to the west and commercial deve <br />in a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to the south and Business Pa <br />surrounding property is zoned for some form of commercial or residential use, which is consistent with <br />the Mix Use designation of the Comprehensive Plan.
