Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Heritage Preservation <br /> Commission was called to order at 6:07 p.m. by Chair Fox. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> 3. Consider February 24, 2016, Agenda <br /> Moved by Commissioner Mortenson and seconded by Commissioner <br /> Lindberg to approve the April 21,2016, agenda. <br /> Motion carried 3-0. <br /> 4. Consent Agenda <br /> 4.1 February 24, 2016, HPC Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Mortensen and seconded by Commissioner <br /> Lindberg to approve the October 15,2016,minutes. <br /> Motion carried 3-0. <br /> 5. Election of Officers—Chair and Vice Chair <br /> Commissioner Lindberg nominated Joshua Fox to continue as the Chair of the <br /> Heritage Preservation Commission. <br /> Commissioner Fox accepted the nomination. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Lindberg and seconded by Commissioner <br /> Mortenson to elect Joshua Fox to serve as Heritage Preservation Commission <br /> Chair. Motion carried 3-0. <br />
