Here is brief note regarding matters at GRRL. GRRL will be meeting again on the <br /> 19th, so perhaps I will have a bit more information to add on the 26th, is it? Here is my summary as a member <br /> of the Board of Trustees for GRRL: <br /> Recent & Upcoming GRRL activity: <br /> 1) Taking action to clarify personnel policies <br /> 2) Prepare and implement new minimum wages as of 8-1-16 <br /> 3) Preparing to purchase new Fund Development software. Goal is to improve communications and thanks to <br /> donors, and to improve grant and event management. We also will be able to improve reporting and analysis of <br /> loyal identification. <br /> 4) Draft of Library Assessment Plan has been completed. The plan's purpose is to evaluate needs and <br /> improvements important to services provided at some or any of the 32 locations. This may include areas such <br /> as patron services, open hours, site changes, technology. Any changes may take time and, of course, budget to <br /> implement. <br /> 5) 2017 GRRL Budget draft approval proposed.
