Planter boxes were placed on the library grounds where youth could grow vegetables and <br /> other plants which could then be harvested and donated to the local food shelves. <br /> Landscaping and interpretive signage was installed around the windmill sculpture to enhance the <br /> aesthetics of the windmill and provide information as to the artistic display piece.
